The contact form

The contact form on this website does not send or store anything on its own. When you submit it, your browser opens a prefilled email draft in your own email application. The information only reaches Brendan if you choose to send that email, and it then lives in his email inbox like any other message. If you arrived from a campaign link (for example an Instagram post), that campaign tag is kept in your browser tab for the visit and added to the draft as a “Found via” line; it is not sent anywhere else.

The general questionnaire

The general questionnaire is hosted by Microsoft Forms at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/mbVG0pwpgf. Answers you submit there are collected and stored by Microsoft on Brendan’s behalf and are handled according to Microsoft’s own privacy practices. Brendan uses those answers only to understand your business and prepare for your project.

Cookies and analytics

Rook Creations does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. Page views and clicks on things like the contact form and project links are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other sites; only aggregate figures are recorded, such as which pages are visited, which links are used, roughly where visitors are from, and which campaign link (for example an Instagram post) brought them here.

The one exception is the questionnaire on the Start a Project page, which is embedded from Microsoft Forms. While that page is open, Microsoft may set its own cookies inside the embedded form; those are governed by Microsoft’s privacy statement, not by this site.

How information is used

Anything you share is used to respond to your inquiry and to plan and carry out design work. It is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for marketing.
